Today is the second day of the G20Summit. The meeting started at around 10.30 am on September 9 under the chairmanship of India on the theme ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’. Possessive case-ending.

Schedule for day two of G20summit

8.15 am to 9 pm – Global leaders and heads of delegations will reach Rajghat and sign the peace wall inside the Leaders’ Lounge at Rajghat.

From 9 am to 9.20 am, there will be a live performance of Mahatma Gandhi’s favorite devotional songs.

9.20 am – Global leaders and heads of delegations will proceed to the lounge and then leave for Bharat Mandapam.

9.40 am to 10.15 am: Global leaders and heads of delegations will arrive at Bharat Mandapam.

From 10.15 am to 10.28 am- There will be a tree plantation ceremony at South Plaza of Bharat Mandapam.

10.00 am to 12.30 pm –The third session of the G20 meeting ‘One Future’ will begin.

PM Modi’s bilateral meeting today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet the heads of nine countries on the sidelines of the G-20 summit on September 10 (Sunday). Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron will meet over a working lunch at 1 pm on Sunday at the conclusion of the G20Summit. PM Modi will hold a separate meeting with Canadian PM Justin Trudeau. Turkey will hold bilateral talks with the heads of state of the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, the EU/EC, Brazil and Nigeria, while the French President will hold a press conference at the International Media Center at 3 pm today.

Rishi Sunak visits Akshardham temple

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who arrived in Delhi to attend the G20summit, has arrived at the Akshardham temple and is accompanied by his wife.

TDP calls for hunger strike in Andhra Pradesh

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) on Sunday decided to go on a mass hunger strike across Andhra Pradesh to protest against the arrest of former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu. In a statement on Saturday, TDP Andhra Pradesh unit president K Atchannaidu urged party workers to participate in the protests in large numbers at all assembly constituency headquarters.

Chandrababu Naidu was arrested on Saturday morning in connection with an alleged Rs 371 crore skill development scam. “The former chief minister was arrested by the CID from outside the venue of a marriage function at Gnannapuram in Nandyala town around 6 am,” police said.’

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi is on a tour of Europe. He will interact with students and professors at the University of The Hague on September 10 (Sunday) at 2.30 pm Indian time. Rahul Gandhi will interact with the think tank at 5.30 pm Indian time.
