First National Hindi Science Writers Conference Starts In Lucknow

The first National Hindi Science writers conference started today in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh with an aim to promote use of Hindi and other Vernacular languages in science writing. The conference being organised at Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National rehabilitation university was inaugurated by speaker of the state assembly Hriday Narayain dixit.

“Dr. V.P. Singh, coordinator of the conference and secretary of Indian science writers federation told that science writers from across the country have gathered here to discuss ways to promote Hindi and indian languages in the field of science writing. Different plenary sessions on writing in the different streams of science such as engineering, technique and technology, health and medical and research are currently going on.

In the evening there will be a grand Vigyan Kavi Samnelan. President of Uttar Pradesh Bhasha Sansthan Dr Raj Narayan Shukla Shukla told that a lot of science writing work is happening in the country in Hindi and other Indian languages but it is scattered and also in very less quantity, so this forum will try to bring all the science writing work and Hindi Science writers altogether on one platform. Union Minister for skill development Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey will be chief guest at valedictory session today
