PM Modi will get Lokmanya Tilak Award, Sharad Pawar will be the chief guest

Lokmanya Tilak National Award will be given to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This award of PM Modi will be given on August 1. Organizers said that he will be honored with this award for awakening the spirit of patriotism among the supreme leadership and citizens. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde tweeted on this achievement of the Prime Minister.

CM Shinde wrote, recently it was announced to give Lokmanya Tilak National Award to the country’s popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This award will be given to him on 1 August. On this occasion, congratulations and best wishes to PM Modi from the public.

Trust President Deepak Tilak said, Tilak Smarak Mandir Trust (Hind Swaraj Sangh) will honor Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Lokmanya Tilak National Award on August 1, the 103rd death anniversary of Lokmanya Tilak. It said that under the supreme leadership of the Prime Minister, India has climbed the stairs of progress under the concept of self-reliant India.

The statement further said that PM Modi awakened the spirit of patriotism among the citizens and put India on the global map. Recognizing his persistence and efforts and highlighting his work, the trustees of the Tilak Smarak Mandir Trust unanimously selected him for the award. The organizers said that NCP chief Sharad Pawar has been invited as the chief guest at the award ceremony.

Deepak Tilak said that the people invited for the program include Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Shinde and Deputy Chief Ministers Devendra Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar. Former Sushil Kumar Shinde will also be present as a trustee. The award will be presented by Deepak Tilak, president of the trust, which was earlier known as Hind Swaraj Sangh.
